Having initially trained and worked as a butcher for 10 years, Mark joined the team in 2013 as Beat Keeper for the Exe Valley. He lives with is family on the Estate and loves the way of life.

Originally from North Devon, Liam and his family moved to Hollam in 2021 having spent the previous 12 years working on a number of prestigious sporting estates in the West Country and Wales.
